How do I get the bike?
All models are delivered in a cardboard box (please recycle), and is protected with bubble wrap to avoid damage.
The bike comes semi-assembled. At the time of purchase will be sent an instruction manual for easy assembly.
Assembly is simple. The only thing that brings a little difficulty adjusting the front V-Brake
On the other hand, we recommend go to any retail bicycle shop for adjusting them.
Do you have any money back guarantee policy ?
Yes,the buyer may ask for a refund for any reason seven days from receipt of the cycle. For do that request, you just have to send an email to info@hoodbikes.com stating the reasons and attaching all information relating to the purchase made, name, address, product name / s date and amount of purchase.
The only part that not will be refunded will be the shipping cost., except in those cases where the cause is credited as a original defect.
To make a return is necessary to place the bicycle in its original box,and the bicycle must be unused.
